Justin Myers
Justin Myers is the Founder and President of MBG Management, a construction management firm focused on helping owners and tenants successfully navigate commercial construction projects throughout the Washington, DC region.
My Story
Raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Justin attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, DC before earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and his Master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University. Prior to founding MBG Management in 2025, he spent nearly nine years with Douglas Development Corporation, where he managed more than 250 construction and tenant improvement projects throughout the Washington metropolitan area.
Justin’s experience spans office, medical, retail, hospitality, nonprofit, fitness, specialty-use facilities. He has guided projects through every phase of the development process, including budgeting, lease coordination, design management, permitting, contractor procurement, construction oversight, and project closeout.
By combining a background in finance, real estate, and construction management, Justin helps clients make informed decisions that save time, reduce risk, and maximize project value. He founded MBG Management with a straightforward mission: to serve as a trusted advocate for clients and deliver successful projects through clear communication, accountability, and hands-on leadership.
